One traveler came to this service 11 days before her Japan trip with flights but nothing else booked. In 48 hours she had: visa confirmed, hotel booked in the right area, teamLab tickets secured for her only available date, JR Pass ordered in time for delivery. She said: ‘I was in full panic mode. This turned it into a checklist.’
