Lufthansa Group launches a Europe-wide flight promotion with discounted airfares, applicable for flights departing from both Taipei and Kaohsiung! The ticket prices may not seem killer at first glance, and they require two connections, but the advantage lies in the extensive range of destinations—lesser-known cities like Tirana and Malta offer round-trip fares including taxes for under NT$30,000, which is much better value than popular destinations like Paris and Rome. Departing mid-May through 6/18, Europe enjoys pleasant weather, and Iceland also has great prices, making it accessible for friends in southern Taiwan too. The highlight is the inclusion of 23KG checked baggage—a benefit not offered on promotions from Hong Kong or Seoul.

While Lufthansa’s discount flight offer requires two connections, the destinations are spread throughout Europe, and lesser-known cities like Malta at NT$27,200, Tirana at NT$28,869, and great value compared to major destinations like Paris at NT$27,803. The May-June weather is perfect, and Reykjavik at NT$28,183 is also very appealing. The 23KG checked baggage allows you to pack souvenirs worry-free, and travelers from Hong Kong and Seoul don’t get this perk. It works for both Taipei and Kaohsiung departures, so southern friends are in luck.
