1. Travelers who specifically want USA / France / Italy / China / Korea pavilions. These are top-3 demand pavilions; all sell out 6-10 weeks before peak weeks. Pre-book 3 months ahead or skip them.
2. Time-constrained travelers (≤8-hour Expo visit). Without pavilion reservations, queue time eats most of an 8-hour visit. Better fit: skip Expo for short stops; visit Osaka core attractions instead.
3. Families with kids under 8. Pavilion queues + kid-energy mismatch. Better fit: book 2-3 family-friendly pavilions in advance, keep Expo to 4-5 hours, skip the rest.
